Live Performance Tour 2024

STORY

2024 was a defining year for Benjamin Ingrosso. Alongside releasing new music, he headlined a sold-out summer tour across Europe and appeared as the interval act at the Eurovision Song Contest. Green Wall Designs continued its long-standing collaboration with Benjamin by designing and delivering the screen content visuals and Notch programming for the tour. The production brought together a strong creative team, with Benjamin himself, stylist and creative director Dennis Bröchner, and show, set, and conceptual designer Tobias Rylander.

The visual language of the show built on the cut-out style we developed for his Eurovision performance. This was expanded through the use of Notch, allowing us to integrate the style with the IMAG feed in real time. The system gave the visuals a dynamic and flexible quality, creating seamless links between cameras, content, and lighting.

Following Tobias Rylander’s concept, the stage design relied exclusively on ROE Vanish 8 LED panels, complemented by a layered lighting setup placed behind the screens. This approach created a strong visual texture and gave the stage an adaptable, three-dimensional look. The result was a tour design that balanced strong artistic direction with technical adaptability, giving each performance its own character while keeping the overall identity consistent.

Process

The visuals combined multiple approaches, including cut-out style, green screen footage, and 2D animation, to create a versatile look. Motion design was integrated with real-time Notch programming, allowing graphics to interact seamlessly with live cameras and lighting. Screens and layered lighting were treated as a unified system, providing depth and flexibility across venues while supporting a consistent performance identity.
