Producer
Green Wall Designs is seeking an experienced Producer with a minimum of five years’ background in live production, events, performing arts, broadcast, or video content creation.
The role includes full responsibility for project planning, budgeting, client communication, and delivery. You have proven experience leading complex creative or technical productions and solid understanding of lighting, video, stage design, and visual content workflows. You thrive in fast-paced environments, are solution-oriented, and maintain structure even under pressure
Typical responsibilities
- Lead projects from brief to final delivery
- Plan and manage budgets, schedules, and resources
- Act as main point of contact for clients and external partners
- Prepare estimates, SOWs, and change orders
- Coordinate internal creative and technical teams
- Ensure high production quality across all visual deliverables
- Understand and supervise workflows in lighting, video, stage design, and content creation
- Identify risks and drive solutions in fast-paced environments
- Prepare and lead internal and client-facing presentations
